June 18th, 2014 - UMP Summit Modified Nationals action took Jake Griffin Racing to Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Illinois) on Wednesday night. With over thirty Modified competitors in action Griffin charged from the tenth starting spot to a sixth place finish in his heat race, which left him one spot short of transferring to the feature. However, Griffin would earn a transfer to the feature via b-main action. He started eighteenth on the main event grid and advanced to as night as the tenth position before fading tires ultimately relegated him to an eighteenth place finish..

1June 15th, 2014 - Jake Griffin bolted to the his second victory of 2014 on Saturday night with a triumph at Lebanon I-44 Speedway (Lebanon, Missouri)! Piloting Brennon Willard's NASCAR Whelen All American Series Late Model Jake started fifth on the grid for the finale. He progressively worked his way through the field before taking the lead with nine laps to go.

The weekend drew to a close on Sunday evening with the traditional trip to Quincy Raceway (Quincy, Illinois) for a Weekly Racing Series Event. Jake enjoyed another solid outing with a seventh place finish at the checkered flag.

June 13th, 2014 - After a few weeks away from the driver's seat Jake Griffin returned to UMP Modified competition on Friday night with a trip to Jacksonville Speedway (Jacksonville, Illinois). Jake enjoyed a solid outing by advancing from the tenth starting spot to a fifth place finish at the checkered flag.
